Return Policy
To start a return, please contact us at handleitmugs@gmail.com. To expedite your return, please make sure to include order information (order number, email address), a description stating the grounds of the return, and/or any relevant photos. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address or return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You may always contact us for any return questions at handleitmugs@gmail.com.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Please note it may take up to 3 business days to fully process the product. Once the product is processed , you’ll automatically be refunded through your original payment method. A mug will not be eligible for return if:

  • Return is initiated outside of the 30 day policy
  • The product packaging has been ripped or mishandled.
  • The product has been used.
If the return is within the 30 days and meets all return eligibly requirements, we will grant a full refund to the payment method used. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. To report damaged items please email handleitmugs@gmail.com.

Cancellation
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email at handleitmugs@gmail.com within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. Please note that we do not accept cancellations outside the 24 hour window.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Handle It Mugs is not responsible for:

-Delays caused by the courier/shipping company

-International duties or customs charges

-Products that are lost or damaged in the mail 

-Packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

-If the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping delivery window.

-If a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly.

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country, Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. We are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be and we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
